About Lizzie

My name is Lizzie Kotyankar I wear many hats: Wife, Mother, Holistic Registered Nurse, Functional Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Montessori Teacher, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Unschooling Facilitator, CFO/COO of Bottles and Glass Recycling Services, Published Author, Reiki Practitioner, Spectrochrome Colour Light Therapist, friend, and Lightseed. I live in Bentonville with my husband, daughters and our 2 loving cats. I have at least 5 books on my bedside stand at all times ready for a read. We scoot around town on our Rad Wagon, and we travel to learn about new places and people as often as we can.

I began my journey into the healing arts realm when I pursued a degree in Nursing. For years I worked with trauma patients and children, presenting them with tools for regaining their health. After I had my own children my focus changed to education and how they will learn about themselves and the world. I returned to school and obtained a Masters in Education and a Montessori Teaching Diploma. I realized that I was doing the same job that I engaged in when I was working in nursing. I was providing tools and resources for these children to develop their best selves. That is when it dawned on me, that my role in this life is to be a facilitator, I am here to provide tools and seeds for the individual to grow and harvest. I am a life long learner and I have plans to perpetually add to my tool chest so that I may continue to provide the resources you need to find your way back to your greatest self.
